As a certified chronic pain and wellness coach with over 30 years in the wellness industry, I help people better understand pain through the lens of nervous system science, movement, lifestyle, and behaviour change. My work is shaped not only by professional training, but also by my own experience navigating chronic illness and learning firsthand how important it is to support the whole person—not just the symptoms.
